So, besides the no good part that I posted about earlier... today was a great day!

It was hat day!

I snapped this of me this morning before leaving for school. I learned this morning that hat days aren't as much fun when you're grown up! I was having a great hair day (if you don't mind me saying!) but since I didn't want to be a fuddy dud I pulled it back and borrowed a hat from Lauren!

Also, I've been a gardener for three days now! :)

I began germinating some seeds 3 days ago and today I noticed a little progress!

This right here is the very beginnings of some lettuce...

And this here is the beginning of some cucumbers. I realize this is nothing more than the seed with a little growth... but I'm pleased with it so I'm sharing!
