Quilty Goodness!

Last week I found this awesome vintage quilt on ebay for $30! 

I fell in love when I saw it!

 The patchworky goodness is awesome. 

Since buying it last week I've decided that I want to revamp my bedroom to make it a little more colorful... like the quilt.

I would describe what I want as patchworky, bohemian, colorful, and calm. 

Sound pretty to you? :) It sounds PERFECT to me!

We will see where this takes me! 

It will probably be a while since the quilt is all I have that captures what I'm going for. But I will be enjoying the quilt while I work on rounding up more pieces that complete my vision!

Today when I got the quilt in the mail, I plopped right down
on it in the kitchen and Chalon snapped my picture!
