I have been on a very long blogging break - a little over a year to be specific! Remember about a year ago when I was dreaming about my classroom? I was doing my best to get as many interviews as possible. They were hard to come by, but I did go on a few.
After a summer of interviewing, and waiting, and dreaming of my perfect classroom I was actually offered two jobs! I was ecstatic - totally on cloud 9. I took a Kindergarten position at Forest Ridge in College Station, where I completed my student teaching and worked as the library assistant in the prior year.

As soon as my contract was signed, I shared the good news and began moving in!
From then I worked at school every day that I could and I was having a ball!

When the year began, I started a classroom blog for parents and family to follow along with our classroom happenings. I wasn't great about posting but I am so glad to have the memories that I did record.
Now I am getting ready to begin my second year in Kindergarten and couldn't feel more blessed. I absolutely love my job and feel so lucky to get to to do what I do!
